This was the most ridiculous part of the meal. My husband got a drink from Ratio, and we also ordered the bread pudding from here which was supposed to have a smoked bourbon caramel sauce. It was described as having pineapple juice, banana, cinnamon and lime.I really did enjoy my drink, but I only tasted lemon which was odd since didn't mention lemon. I also had a drink from the Wanderer - Justified randomness. I didn't bother complaining because by the time I realized it, I had tried it and it was quite good. I ordered the pork belly taco but actually received the carnitas. My husband had the ribeye and said the meat was terrible - he had 3 bites he spit into his napkin because was impossible to chew. We ordered 2 Elotes (corn) from the wanderer and these were excellent. We don't mind getting up to order at all, it just seemed really pointless to make things so complicated when all the food from all 4 places comes out of the same kitchen. The other 3 options (ratio, the wanderer and the coffee shop) you walk up to the bar and order and then they bring the food to your table. One restaurant is sit down table service only (eigth fire), although many of the menu items are identical to Ratio. The location is actually trying to be 4 restaurants in one. patio as well as a split indoor restaurant.
Actually the entire place is unique and a bit confusing. I have been wanting to try this place since I first heard about it opening since it sounds like it has some unique twists to familiar favorites like tacos and pizza.
